• Strip and remake all beds with fresh linens

• Replace towels and restock bedroom essentials

• Check under beds and furniture for left-behind items

 Bathroom Refresh:

• Clean and disinfect showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and fixtures

• Restock toiletries (client-provided)

• Shine mirrors, chrome, and surfaces

 Kitchen & Dining Area:

• Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, stovetops, and exterior appliances

• Load or hand-wash dishes (as needed)

• Check fridge and pantry for left items

• Restock kitchen essentials (client-provided)

 Living Spaces:

• Fluff pillows, fold blankets, and reset décor

• Wipe down coffee tables, end tables, and high-traffic surfaces

• Ensure furniture is neatly arranged and guest-ready

Property Check & Reset:

• Inspect for damaged or missing items

• Report issues immediately to the host

• Adjust lights, thermostat, and blinds per host request

• Ensure all doors and windows are secured
